The composition for Storms Pass Away artwork is what I often see in Alabama after the tornadoes have passed.  The storm, especially the tornadoes may have caused significant damage to home and life and then a gracious sunset appears after the storm and reminds me how thankful I am for life itself and as a reminder to pray for those in need.

Even when we have lost love ones in the storm, "Storms Pass Away" serve to remind us of thankfulness.  People often ask, "Do you have any weather paintings?" at the art shows.  Collectors interest in weather artwork inspired me to paint this painting.  Before the great storm "Sandy" hit the North Eastern United Stated in 2012, I completed the painting.
